The role of HR Intern who would help to provide essential administrative and operational support with daily tasks to crew payroll and crew HR team.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong English language skills spoken and written
• Logical thinking
• Ability to work in dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• Interest in aviation or HR operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist with payroll preparation and verification of data

• Assist with coordination of standard background checks for newly hired crew
• Maintain organized payroll and records in systems
• Support BLH (Block Hour) reporting preparation
• Provide assistance and support to crew members and internal teams regarding payroll and contract-related matter
