SmartLynx Technik is looking for experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join our Line Maintenance team in Casablanca, Morocco (CSN Station). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance following approved procedures;
• Carry out inspections, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting on commercial aircraft (A320 family preferred);
• Ensure compliance with EASA or equivalent aviation standards and company safety regulations;
• Accurately complete all required documentation and maintenance records;
• Collaborate with certified staff and engineering teams to maintain operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance; A320 family experience is a must;
• Sound knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and applicable maintenance procedures;
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation;
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality;
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Willingness to work in rotation and flexible shift schedules.
