In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of Maintenance Control Center (MCC) shifts, ensuring timely and safe aircraft maintenance, defect rectifications, and AOG recovery. Your leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining high operational standards and ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders.

• To succeed in this role, you should bring strong leadership skills, enabling you to manage teams effectively and make quick, informed decisions under pressure. 
• A proactive, organized, and analytical approach, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential. 
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. 
• You must hold a B1 or B2 License and have prior or current company approvals on A320-21 or similar aircraft types, with B737 being an advantage. 
• A master’s degree with type training on A320-21 or similar aircraft, as well as certifications for A330 and B737, will strengthen your profile. 
• At least five years of MCC experience is advantageous, while hands-on experience with A320/21 and/or B737 NG is essential. 
• A thorough understanding of Part 145 and Part M regulations, as well as familiarity with AirNavX, MyBoeingFleet, and MS Office tools, is required.
