We are seeking an experienced Crew Training Production Manager to lead and enhance the planning, execution, and quality of our crew training programs. This role involves supervising Training Coordinators, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, managing resources effectively, and collaborating with leadership to drive budget efficiency and continuous improvement in training processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide Flight Crew and Cabin Crew Training Coordinators to ensure effective planning, organization, and execution of training programs.
• Monitor the performance of coordinators to maintain high standards in training delivery.
• Ensure all crew training programs comply with aviation regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate annual training plans aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to schedule training sessions efficiently.
• Conduct regular audits of training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Address any gaps in compliance by implementing corrective actions.
• Manage training facilities, simulators, and other resources to optimize usage.
• Prepare and monitor the training budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising training quality or compliance.
• Implement strategies to maximize the efficiency of training resources and expenditures.
• Report regularly to the Group Crew Training Director on training performance metrics, challenges, and improvements.
• Provide strategic input on enhancing training processes and methodologies with a focus on operational and financial efficiency.
