As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will be a key executive team member responsible for defining and executing SmartLynx Airlines' commercial strategy. This position requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue growth and enhance the airline's competitive positioning across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the execution of the airline’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
Oversee the airline's commercial activities, including sales, revenue management, and key account management. 
Lead the pricing strategy, forecasting, and market analysis to ensure competitive and sustainable profitability.
Manage and strengthen key partnerships.
Analyze trends and competitive landscapes to boost business development.
Foster a customer-centric culture across commercial department.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial strategies with operational and financial goals.
Manage and mentor commercial team, develop a culture of performance, solutions-based approach, and teamwork.

Requirements:

Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior commercial or business development role within the airline or travel industry.
Deep understanding of airline revenue management, route planning, and market analysis.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Track record of successful strategic planning and execution to meet financial and growth objectives.
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a global focus.
