As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will directly report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with our HR team to shape the future of our workforce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of aviation.
Your key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, then assess their qualifications and fit.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and support their needs throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at career fairs, university events, and recruitment activities to enhance our employer brand.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging onboarding sessions to ensure new employees feel welcomed and set up for success.
- Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment trends.
- Stay informed about labor laws and support initiatives promoting workplace diversity and inclusion.
- Keep up-to-date with aviation trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Our requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role, with familiarity with recruitment tools like ATS, preferably Team Tailor.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Latvian.
- Confident with MS Office programs and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to head-hunt and source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to connect with candidates and represent the company at events.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- A keen interest in learning about the aviation industry and a desire to grow professionally.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
