Office Administrator
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will support our team, maintain office procedures, and create a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing invoices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A valid Category B driving license and the ability to travel when required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the aviation or logistics industry (preferred but not required).
