Network Planning Coordinator
As a Network Planning Coordinator, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing our flight schedules from the pre-operations handover up to 72 hours before departure. You will work closely with the Network Planning Manager and the IOCC (Integrated Operations Control Center) team to ensure seamless flight operations, maintain schedule integrity, and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Flight Operations Support: Assist the Network Planning Manager in all aspects of pre-flight operations, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of flight schedules for both passenger and freighter services.
Disruption Management: Provide critical inputs to the IOCC team for effective disruption management and take proactive measures to resolve any operational challenges.
Schedule Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust flight schedules within the pre-operations window, aiming to optimize resources, minimize delays, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in collaborative decision-making processes with internal teams and external stakeholders, offering insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
Resource Allocation & Optimization: Analyze aircraft allocation, evaluate options, and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue potential, reduce operational costs, and ensure the best use of available resources.
Regulatory and Compliance Monitoring: Manage and track traffic rights, landing/overflight approvals, and airport slot applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in network planning, flight operations, or a related field within the aviation industry is preferable.
Strong understanding of airline operations, flight scheduling, and regulatory requirements (e.g., airport slots, traffic rights, landing/overflight approvals).
Proficiency in relevant planning software and tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
