Stores and Logistics Officer

We are looking for a Stores and Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our logistics and inventory management operations. Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of aviation parts, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Logistics Coordination: Plan and coordinate the transportation of aviation parts and equipment to global locations, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure inventory is stored according to EASA and SLT MOE regulations, and oversee safety protocols in the warehouse.
Supplier Relations: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of aviation equipment.
Collaboration: Work closely with line maintenance teams to ensure smooth inventory control and efficient tool management for aircraft maintenance.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to optimize inventory control, calibration, and maintenance processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably within the aviation industry.
Software Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Language Skills: Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Problem-Solver: Ability to identify issues, analyze solutions, and implement corrective actions.

Independent & Proactive: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and think creatively to improve processes.
