Join our team as an IT System Administrator and play a key role in maintaining the technological backbone of the airline industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of the infrastructure.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the organization's IT assets.
• Create and update documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other IT staff and end-users.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in system administration or a related role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
• Proficiency in LINUX/WINDOWS administration.
• Expertise in Azure services with a focus on PaaS, Functions, and Identity.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Networking, Network security (Network Associate or similar), and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
• Knowledge of high availability principles (HA) and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
• Expertise in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
