IOCC is responsible for the long-term and daily round-the-clock management of the published schedule period, where internal tasks and duties are distributed between the IOCC units based on the area of responsibility between the OPS-Control, and Flight Dispatch, Network Planning, Scheduling, and Slots units including Crew Control and Crew Travel divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will provide support, control, and manage SmartLynx flight operation activities;
• Coordinate matters relating to the execution of the daily traffic program, including normal, abnormal, and emergency situations;
• Maintain an active flight monitoring of all SmartLynx Airlines aircraft flights;
• Select, collect, and practically use weather information for destination, alternates, and en-route;
• Analyze and assess technical information;
• Closely cooperate with other departments in order to ensure smooth operations;
• Perform SLOT coordination for the daily schedule changes ;
• Receive, analyze and insert information of flight schedules in OPS Control system RAIDO, ensure accuracy of inserted information;
• Eliminate schedule inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• You should be a university graduate or started higher education (a degree in Logistics or Aviation, Airline Operations, or Pilot license, or ATC Control license will be considered as an advantage);
• Problem-solving skills and business mindset ;
• Attention to detail is essential for this role;
• Good MS Office skills;
• Excellent English (both: written and spoken);
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good teamwork skills;
• Ability to work on shifts, including evening shifts.
