HR Wellbeing Project Coordinator
This is a key role in organizing and coordinating various HR projects, company-wide events, and employee engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive work environment and enhancing the employee experience through creative HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate company-wide events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and special occasions to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure the successful execution of all events and HR projects.
- Regularly update the intranet with the latest information on company events, training, HR-related information, and relevant announcements.
- Participate in internal communication processes within the HR department, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Collaborate with external trainers and internal stakeholders to facilitate learning opportunities and support the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement employee well-being events, monitor their effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
- Develop, review, and communicate internal HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Plann, conduct, and analyze HR surveys related to employee engagement, eNPS, and other people experience metrics.
- Actively participate in planning, coordinating, and executing CSR initiatives aligned with the company's values and goals.
- Oversee and coordinate employee recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
Requirements:
- Previous positive experience in the field of HR is required.
- A university degree in Human Resources or related studies is advisable.
- Proficiency in Latvian and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Accurate, presentable, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
