The role of Power BI Data Analyst will strengthen and utilize Power BI at its maximum. This includes developing custom dashboards for various business units within our Production Unit, such as unit dashboards and A-check dashboards, as well as generating comprehensive crew resource and control reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing MS Power BI dashboards to meet the specific requirements of different business units within the Production Unit;
• Providing support in scoping, planning, and coordinating data analytics initiatives;
• Serving as the main analytics advisor for data analytics and visualization in Power BI;
• Leading the validation and optimization of existing reports in Power BI;
• Consulting and training the wider team on the effective use of Power BI;
• Continuously improving and introducing new analytical methods;
• Assisting business units in utilizing and deriving insights from data using BI tools.

Requirements:

• You will be successful in this role if you are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-performing organization;
• You should have higher education in IT, Business administration, or equivalent;
• Experience with DAX is essential for this role;
• You should have at least 3-year work experience in Data Analysis;
• You should be proficient with Power BI and proven track record in building BI reports;
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written);
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, do analysis, and draw valid conclusions;
• Ability to play a highly proactive, participative role when working across teams, demonstrating and promoting cooperation;
• Understanding Airlines Operations will be considered an advantage.
